Social West Conference Welcome Animation

We approached Social Next Conferences with the idea to create their welcome video to play for attendees at the start of each day. This animation set the tone of the event, caught everyone’s attention (so early in the morning!), and generated excitement among participants.

For this animation’s concept, we zeroed in on key aspects of the conferences and what attendees can expect when attending. We extracted four central themes from previous events: educate, inspire, connect, and engage. Each theme became a part of the visual story, allowing us to creatively express the essence of the conference without words or text.
